If there is one word to describe Select Real Estate that word would be professional. They stay in constant communication with those who are renting their places. They always make sure paperwork is ready and things are good to go for those who are renting. Courtney does an amazing job communicating between those who are renting their places and those who want to rent a place either short term or seasonal. I believe that Jim Lyons is probably is the realtor who is most familiar with properties and pricing in the Eidelweiss Village. He was very thorough in working with us in every aspect of the sale of our house. We got more than our asking price and accepted an offer in 3 days from going on the market. Jim helped us locate people who could provide services that were needed to provide for a seamless closing. As absentee owners we had little knowledge of services available. We cannot complete this review without paying a compliment to Jim's outstanding staff. Phones are answered promptly questions are resolved and service is provided without hesitation. We received similar service during the seven years that Select Realty served as our rental agent. Hats off to Courtney and Tiffanie.
